What Are VivRecords?
A VivRecord is any content entry your team creates in Vivreal — blog posts, products, events, profiles, integration objects. Your plan determines how many you can create.
What counts as a VivRecord
Most content entries count. Schema definitions and template-generated objects don't.
- Collection objects (blog posts, events, team members, etc.) — count
- Integration objects (Stripe products, social posts) — count
- Collection groups (schema definitions) — do NOT count
- Template site-generated objects — do NOT count
Limits per tier
VivRecords are a hard limit — when you hit your cap, new creates are blocked until you free space or upgrade.
- Free: 50 VivRecords
- Basic ($19/mo): 500 VivRecords
- Pro ($59/mo): 5,000 VivRecords
- Pro Plus ($119/mo): 25,000 VivRecords
- Enterprise: Unlimited
How usage is tracked
Every create and delete updates your Group's entry count in real time. No batching or delays.
- BSON document size tracked per record for data usage metrics
- Entry count incremented on create, decremented on delete
- Usage visible in your Group dashboard usage bars
- Separate from media storage — VivRecords track content, not files
Pricing is simple
Plans are priced by VivRecord limits — not by API calls, seats, or features. You always know what you're paying for.
- Media storage has its own separate quota (500MB → 100GB)
- API calls and CDN bandwidth have separate monthly quotas
- Upgrade at any time — takes effect immediately
- No per-record charges — just the plan price
