What Vivreal Charges on Your Sales

Vivreal takes 0% of your sales. No percentage, no per-order fee, nothing.

When someone buys from your site, their money goes straight into your own Stripe or Square account. It never passes through Vivreal, so there is no cut for us to take.

Why the answer is zero

When you connect Stripe you paste in a key from your own Stripe account, and when you connect Square you sign in to your own Square account. Vivreal uses that account, yours, to set up every checkout on your site. You are the merchant on every payment, start to finish.

So this is not a fee we have switched off. It is how the connection is built. Vivreal is never holding your customers' money, which means there is no point in the process where a cut could be taken out of it.

What Stripe and Square charge

Each of them charges a processing fee on every payment they handle. That money goes to them, not to us, and Vivreal has no say in the rate and adds nothing to it.

What you pay depends on your country, the card your customer uses, and the deal you have with them, so the current numbers are best read from the source:

Your plan. That is the charge, and it is the same in a month where you sell nothing as in your best month ever. See Plans and Billing for what each plan includes.

Your plan also covers a set amount of traffic and activity on your site. That is about how busy your site is, not about what you sell, and Usage Tracking shows you where you stand.
