Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen. It shows how much you have used, what is worth doing next, and what has happened recently.
What is on it
Your usage
A row of tiles shows what you have used against what your plan allows. Four show by default:
- VivRecords: how many items you have added
- Integrations: how many outside services you have connected
- User Seats: how many people are on your team
- API Calls: how many times your sites have fetched content this billing period
You can swap in others if you want to keep an eye on them:
- Sites: how many websites you have
- Media Storage: how much space your photos and files take up
- CDN Bandwidth: how much has been served to visitors
- AI Actions: how much you have used the assistant
These numbers refresh every so often rather than instantly. If you have just uploaded a batch of photos, give it a moment to catch up.
What to do next
If you are still setting up, the dashboard shows a short checklist:
- Create a content type: set up your first kind of content
- Connect a channel: link a social account or Stripe
- Launch your site: put your website live
- Schedule your first post
Each one takes you straight to the right place. The list shrinks as you work through it.
Recent activity
Below that is a feed of what has been happening, with each entry marked Published, Scheduled, Publishing, Failed, or Draft. This is the quickest way to spot a post that did not go out.
Jump tiles
Shortcuts to the parts of the portal that do not have their own tab: Calendar, Group, and Settings, plus Social, Outreach, and Analytics if your role and plan include them.
Getting around
Five tabs run along the bottom of the screen, on every page:
| Tab | What is there |
|---|---|
| Home | This dashboard. |
| Content | Everything you manage: your content types and the items inside them. |
| Sites | Your websites. This is the emphasised tab in the middle. |
| Channels | Your connected accounts: Stripe, social platforms, Mailchimp. |
| More | Everything else, including Calendar, Group, and Settings. |
Next steps
