Create Your Account
Before you can start managing content, you need a Vivreal account. Registration takes under a minute.
Sign Up
Navigate to Vivreal
Open your browser and go to vivreal.io. Click Get Started or Register in the top navigation bar.
Fill in your details
Enter the following information on the registration form:
- Email address — use a valid email you have access to. This will be your primary login identifier.
- Username — choose a unique username. This is displayed to your team members within groups.
- Password — must be at least 8 characters. Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols for best security.
Click Create Account to submit.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from Vivreal. Click the confirmation link to activate your account.
If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. Verification links expire after 24 hours.
Log in
Return to vivreal.io and click Log In. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In. You'll be taken to the portal dashboard.
Social Sign-In
You can also sign in with your existing Google or LinkedIn account instead of creating a separate password. On the login page, click Sign In with Google or Sign In with LinkedIn to authenticate through your existing account.
Troubleshooting
- "Email already in use" — you may already have an account. Try the login page or use the password reset flow.
- Verification email not arriving — check spam/junk folders. If it still doesn't appear, contact support.
- Password rejected — ensure your password meets the minimum 8-character requirement with mixed character types.
