Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your home base in Vivreal. It gives you a snapshot of your group's content, usage, and quick access to common actions.
Dashboard Layout
When you log in and select a group, the dashboard displays four key areas:
Stats Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing:
- Collections — the number of collections in your workspace.
- Objects — the total number of content objects across all collections.
- Sites — how many deployed websites your group has.
- Integrations — the number of connected external services.
Each card is clickable and takes you directly to the corresponding section of the portal.
Usage Panel
Below the stats cards, the usage panel shows your group's resource consumption against your current tier limits:
- Storage — how much of your allocated storage is being used (media uploads, assets).
- API Calls — the number of API requests your sites have made this billing period.
- Content Objects — how many objects you've created out of your tier's maximum.
Usage data refreshes periodically. If you've just uploaded files or created content, it may take a few moments to reflect the latest numbers.
Quick Actions
The dashboard provides shortcut buttons for the most common tasks:
- New Collection — jump straight to creating a collection.
- New Object — create a content object in an existing collection.
- New Site — start the site deployment flow.
These are the same actions available from each feature's own page, just surfaced here for convenience.
Navigation
The bottom navigation bar is your primary way to move around the portal. It's visible on every page.
