Choosing a Tier
- Free — perfect for personal projects, experiments, or evaluating the platform.
- Basic — ideal for small teams and early-stage products that need a site and more content capacity.
- Pro — built for growing businesses with significant content volumes, multiple sites, and larger teams.
- Pro Plus — designed for agencies and teams managing large-scale content operations across many sites.
- Enterprise — custom pricing and limits for organizations with specific needs. Contact us to discuss.
Upgrading Your Plan
Navigate to Group Settings from the dashboard. Only the group Owner can manage billing.
Tap Upgrade or go to the Billing section.
Select the tier you want. You'll see a summary of the new quotas.
Tap Continue to Checkout. You'll be redirected to Stripe to enter your payment details.
Complete payment. Your group is upgraded immediately and the new quotas take effect right away.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade at any time. The lower tier takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Before downgrading, make sure your current usage fits within the lower tier's quotas. If you exceed the new tier's limits, you won't be able to create new items but existing content remains accessible.
Overage Billing
Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Pro Plus) can opt into overage billing. When enabled, instead of being blocked when you exceed certain quotas, you can continue using resources and pay for the extra usage.

Overage billing is opt-in. It's disabled by default, even on paid tiers. You will never be charged for overage unless you explicitly enable it.
Enabling Overage Billing
Go to Group Settings and find the Overage Billing section. This is only visible to Admins and the Owner on paid tiers.
Toggle Enable Overage Billing to on.
Review the overage rates displayed. Once enabled, any usage beyond your tier's included quota will be billed at these rates.
Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and added to your next invoice.
Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management is handled through Stripe:
- Payment method — update your card or payment method via the billing portal link in Group Settings.
- Invoices — download past invoices from the billing history section.
- Cancellation — cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Your group reverts to the Free tier at the end of the current billing cycle.
