Troubleshooting
Most things that look broken are not. Start here, and if the answer is not on this page, the guides below go into detail.
Start with these three
Before anything else, these clear up most problems in under a minute:
- Did you save? Changes only go live once you tap Save. An open form with unsaved edits looks identical to a saved one.
- Give it a few seconds. Content edits reach your site quickly, but not instantly.
- Try a hard refresh. Your browser may be showing you a stored copy of the page. Hold Shift and click reload, or open the page on your phone to check.

When to check the activity feed
Your dashboard has a feed of recent activity, and each entry is marked Published, Scheduled, Publishing, Failed, or Draft. If something did not happen, that feed usually says so, and it is faster than guessing.
Still stuck
If none of this helps, the Audit Log on your Group page shows who changed what and when, which is often enough to work out what happened. Owners and Admins can see it.
