Quick Create
Quick Create is the fastest way to get something out. You write it once, choose where it goes, and it lands on your site and your social channels together.
It is the shortest route to the thing Vivreal is actually for: create once, publish everywhere.
1. Open Quick Create
Tap Create in the navigation bar.
2. Say what it is and where it goes
The first step covers three questions on one screen.
What kind of content is this. Pick the type, for example a blog post, an event, a product update. The type decides which fields you get on the next step.
Where it goes on your site. Choose the page it should appear on. If you do not have a site yet, this section offers to make one.
Which channels it also goes to. Tick any connected social channels you want it published to at the same time.
You can pick any combination. A site page and no channels, channels and no site page, or both.
If you have neither yet
With no site and no connected channels, Vivreal saves the item to your content library instead of publishing it anywhere. Nothing is lost. Connect a channel or make a site later and the item is there waiting.
3. Write it
Fill in the fields for the type you picked, and add your images or video.
Each channel has its own rules about length and media, and they do not agree with each other. If something you have written will not work on a channel you ticked, Vivreal tells you here rather than at the last moment. See the individual channel pages under Connections for the specific limits.
4. Review, then publish
The last step shows you what you are about to send, per channel, so you can see how it will look in each place before committing.
Then choose when:

If the content type needs approval
Some content types are set to require sign-off. When one is, Quick Create says so up front, and publishing sends the item to the approval queue instead of out to the world.
That is not a failure. It is the setting doing its job. An admin signs off and it goes from there.
Leaving part way through
Quick Create warns you if you try to leave with unsaved work. If you genuinely want to abandon it, that warning is the only thing standing between you and losing what you wrote, so read it before dismissing it.
When to use something else
Quick Create is built for a single piece of content going out now or soon. For other jobs:

The channel pages are worth knowing about for the fiddly ones. TikTok in particular asks for disclosure and audience settings that Quick Create does not surface.
If something is not working
- A channel is missing from the list. It is not connected yet. See Connections.
- It says it cannot check where things go. Vivreal could not reach your sites, so the placement options may be wrong or missing. Retry before publishing rather than guessing.
- You cannot continue past a step. Something required is missing or a channel limit is exceeded. The reason is shown next to the button.
- It published to the site but not the channel. See Post did not go out.
